Due to business growth, we are currently seeking a Systems & Finance Coordinator to join our newly established Construction Business Unit based in our Sydney office.
Reporting to the Senior Development Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our construction and development projects by ensuring project financial information is accurate, accessible and well managed. As the primary administrator for the Evolve platform, you'll help drive system adoption, support users across the business and contribute to efficient project delivery.
This is a hands-on and varied role that combines systems administration, accounts payable, project reporting, stakeholder support and month-end activities. As part of a newly established business unit, you'll have the opportunity to help shape processes, work across multiple teams and gain a broad understanding of how the business operates within a large ASX-listed environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary Evolve super user, providing system support, training and guidance while driving adoption across the business
• Manage supplier onboarding, invoice processing, approvals and accounts payable activities, ensuring strong financial controls and data accuracy
• Support project teams with project setup, cost coding, financial administration and maintaining audit-ready project information
• Assist with project cost tracking, reconciliations, month-end activities, accruals and financial reporting
• Partner with Construction, Finance, Technology and site-based teams to solve problems, improve processes and support successful project delivery

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people and understanding how the bigger picture fits together. You're comfortable operating in a growing and evolving environment, can work through ambiguity and aren't afraid to ask questions or speak up when something doesn't make sense.
• Experience in accounts administration, project administration, accounts payable or a similar finance-focused role
• Strong systems aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms, work with data and confidently use Excel
• A proactive self-starter who is comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment and navigating ambiguity
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and support users at all levels of the business
• Detail-oriented, organised and solutions-focused, with the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions and help others work through problems
