• IT and Technology Strategy Expertise: Solid understanding of IT architectures, platforms, and key technology trends, with a strong ability to connect them to business outcomes.
• Extensive Consulting / IT Leadership Experience: Typically 6–10 years of experience in consulting, IT strategy, or transformation roles.
• End-to-End Project Leadership: Proven experience leading medium to large engagements, including planning, team coordination, and delivery oversight.
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations, and support senior decision-making.
• Senior Stakeholder and Client Management: Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (e.g., CIO, CTO), managing expectations, and handling issues and escalations.
• Business Development Contribution: Track record of contributing to proposals, client discussions, and sales efforts.
• Deliverable Excellence: Proven ability to oversee and ensure high-quality outputs — IT strategies, business cases, operating models, architecture concepts, and executive presentations.
• Team Leadership and People Development: Experience managing and developing team members, providing feedback, and supporting performance growth.
• Program and Delivery Management: Experience managing multiple workstreams and coordinating cross-functional teams in complex transformation programs.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Comfortable working in changing environments and staying current on topics such as cloud, data, and digital technologies.
• Languages: Strong written and spoken English and Hungarian. Russian, Ukrainian or German is an asset.

Your future role

• Lead engagements in our Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice, taking overall responsibility for project scope, timeline, and quality.
• Build client trust, leading client interactions, understanding their challenges, and shaping practical technology recommendations.
• Manage teams, leading consultants and senior consultants, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring efficient collaboration.
• Shape technology strategies and transformation programs, designing IT strategies, operating models, and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure quality delivery, reviewing and guiding deliverables for clarity, consistency, and relevance to senior audiences.
• Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities, leading or supporting proposals, and participating in client pitches and market activities.
• Support practice development, contributing to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and the evolution of our Technology Strategy & Transformation offerings.
• Develop people, actively coaching junior team members and supporting their growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing insights on emerging technologies to shape innovative client solutions.
