Kogo szukamy- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Must-have: broad practical experience in HR in large organizations
- Must-have: deep understanding of and experience in organizational change management dynamics and practices
- Thorough understanding of at least 2 from the following areas: HR Strategy, HR Due Diligence and M&A process from the people perspective, HR Organization Maturity Assessment, HR Process Design, Employee Experience, Talent Management, Compensation Strategies and Plans, HR Shared Services Centre Transformation, HR Project Management
- Experience in core HCM systems and enabling technologies (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle HCM / ServiceNow) assessment and implementation would be a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Polish and English languages (C1 level +)
- Maturity to work with senior executives, clients and stakeholders
- Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting
- Change management certification would be beneficial
- EU work permit

- Contribute to development of the Human Capital practice: shape fit-for-purpose approaches and methodologies for Deloitte clients.
