The coordination and liaison with Company for all quality related matters for the approval of EPC Contractor's QM plans, and any subsequent interpretation of the agreed quality policy which might be necessary.
Ensuring the proper implementation of the agreed policy, and the achievement of the required quality objectives and levels for all services and products
Monitor the Quality assurance and quality control at site, including review and sign-off of the method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs);
witnessing testing (incl. calibration of equipment) and monitoring through periodic and planned randomised spot checks.
Supervising the Quality Audit programme.
Supervising the corrective & preventive action programme.
Conducting quality management reviews.
Performing contractor quality evaluations in conjunction with Project and Procurement Management.
Monitor the completion of audits by the disciplines.
Keep a register of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow-up until closure of the NCR. Witness reception at the site and check all major materials and equipment submitted by the EPC contractor, flagging any potential issues to the client.
Review of Vendor’s procedures of quality assurance and control (QA/QC);
Acting as the focal point for quality related matters with the client quality representative. Reporting to the Construction Manager on quality related matters (status on audits, inspections, and other project activities).
Add input related to Quality to the monthly progress reports and summarise any issue for client´s attention with proposed mitigants in a tabulated risk register formats In Project Coordination meetings, listen for opportunities to add value to the project and resolve quality-related issues Assist CM with preparation of materials for meetings.
Attend meetings and present information about Project Quality Plan

Experience:
Required:
Proven experience in a project quality and/or integrity management role.
Understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management and the implementation and improvement of management systems.
Guide:
Minimum of 5 years of experience, in project quality and/or integrity management.
Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
A recognized degree or equivalent qualification.
Preferred:
Solar experience
Postgraduate qualifications in the relevant discipline; management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent experience.
Lead quality auditor certification.
