Become a key part of a supportive, collaborative team that keeps our Care Home running smoothly. As a Customer Services Consultant (CSC) at Bupa, you’ll guide residents and families through the full “enquiries to arrivals” journey — from the first conversation to settling in — offering a warm, confident, and informative experience at every step.
Alongside admissions, you’ll also support essential operational functions behind the scenes. Working closely with your fellow CSC, our General Manager, and our Centralised Admissions team, you’ll help maintain compliance, coordinate rosters, assist with payroll processes, and provide professional front‑of‑house support that keeps our home welcoming and well‑organised.
As a key leadership presence within the home, you’ll champion high standards across both resident experience and employee support.
About the home
Bupa Windsor is a modern care home, located 7.5km’s south of Melbourne’s CBD, close to Albert Park, Melbourne CBD, St Kilda and transport links. It is one building of 41 beds, with a mixture of care types. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to –
- Lead the full resident placement journey — building community referral relationships, conducting warm and informative tours, converting enquiries, coordinating admissions, and supporting respite‑to‑permanent transitions
- Manage all documentation and agreements required for new residents, ensuring a smooth and supportive “enquiries to arrivals” experience
- Support the employee lifecycle by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and maintaining accurate employee records
- Coordinate rosters in line with Enterprise Agreement requirements, budgets, and workforce guidelines
- Process payroll, reconciliations, and employee enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, employees, visitors, and suppliers
- Provide efficient administrative support including document management, mail, reporting, and financial tasks such as petty cash, receipts, and banking
- Use the purchase‑to‑pay system to support budget adherence
- Contribute to organisational initiatives, community events, and continuous improvement activities by gathering and actioning feedback
