Description

In this role, you will devise and implement process and systems solutions that meet the needs of our dynamic business conditions, and partner with our IS&T team to deliver these solutions. Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you will lead and handle multi-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an Operations, Supply Chain, Customer, or Systems environment.
Demonstrated interest in process innovation and emerging technologies, evidenced through applied projects or professional experience.
A degree in Business Studies, Humanities, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain technologies.
A track record of using data analytics to inform key decision making.
Adept at managing key partners at all levels of management, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organisation.
Hands-on experience leading multi-functional projects with the ability to maintain priorities and deadlines.
A track record of delivering results with a strong focus on the customer, with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly across all levels of the organisation.
Experience delivering results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with the ability to operate across both operational detail and the bigger picture while identifying and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.
Demonstrated focus on systems and process quality.
