ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a 3-10+ years experienced Functional Consulting professional to join our Trading and Asset Services - Back Office practice. Role requires 3 PM to 12 AM IST.
Senior DIM / Reconciliation Functional Consultant
Key Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in Data Integrity Manager (DIM) across all modules and features.
- Proven ability to lead solution design, drive client workshops, and deliver projects end-to-end.
- Deep knowledge of ATM, Cards, and Digital Payments reconciliation processes.
- Extensive experience with IntelliMatch, DIM, or equivalent reconciliation platforms.
- Hands-on configuration of reconciliation rules, matching logic, workflows, and exception management.
- Strong experience implementing a variety of reconciliations including GL, Payments, Cards, ATM, Settlement, and Operational Reconciliations.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, functional design, solution validation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience supporting Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, production cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Ability to work directly with business users, operations teams, and technology stakeholders.
- Strong documentation skills including BRDs, Functional Specifications, Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios.
- Good SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Banking and Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
- Experience in large-scale, multi-entity reconciliation implementations preferred.

A senior reconciliation consultant with deep DIM expertise, strong banking and payments domain knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and a proven track record of leading successful reconciliation transformation projects from design through production deployment.
