- Leading all Supply Chain functions, including planning, logistics, warehousing, foreign trade, demand planning, sales support, and performance management to ensure operational excellence across the organization.
- Driving end-to-end Supply Chain performance by optimizing S&OP, inventory, logistics, cost, budget, and risk management processes while enhancing customer experience and business performance.
- Building resilient Supply Chain capabilities by developing strategic supplier partnerships, strengthening business continuity, and ensuring compliant import and export operations.
- Driving Supply Chain transformation by accelerating digitalization initiatives, embedding continuous improvement practices, and fostering a high-performance culture that enables sustainable business growth.
- Collaborating with local and global stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, governance, and the continuous development of Supply Chain processes in line with Vaillant Group standards.
What makes us successful together
- Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. A master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Experience: At least 15 years of professional experience in Supply Chain and a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience will prepare you for this strategic role.
- Know-how and Skills: Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management, S&OP, logistics, inventory management, foreign trade operations, risk management, SAP, and performance management is essential to drive business success.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English is required to work effectively in an international business environment.
- Personality: Proven leadership, coaching, mentoring, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities will enable you to inspire teams and achieve sustainable business results.
