We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse to join our healthcare team in Purwakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, support medical procedures, and promote patient safety while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards and best practices.
- Monitor patients' conditions, assess vital signs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Assist patients before, during, and after medical procedures, providing physical and emotional support.
- Prepare and maintain patient care facilities, medical equipment, medicines, and supplies.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-treatment care.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection prevention, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective patient care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development programs.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid Indonesian Nursing Registration Certificate (STR).
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of patient care, infection prevention, and patient safety standards.
- Proficiency in operating medical equipment and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
