Position:Commercial Svcs Procuremnt Specialist

Role Summary
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for commercial services spend categories across the Latin America region to maximize quality, cost efficiency, and service levels. Reporting to the Commercial Services Procurement Manager, this role applies strategic sourcing methodologies to align internal stakeholder requirements with organizational priorities, driving business growth and value creation by generating free cash flow returns and optimization opportunities.
Main Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute best-in-class sourcing strategies for Commercial Services across LATAM to drive cost optimization, supplier innovation, and value creation.

Stakeholder Alignment: Build and manage high-impact relationships with senior management and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal) to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

Negotiations & Contracting: Lead complex negotiations and establish long-term supplier agreements to secure competitive advantages for the organization.

Supplier Performance Management: Define and implement supplier selection and performance management processes to guarantee high service levels, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Market Intelligence & Risk Management: Monitor industry trends and supply chain risks to proactively adjust sourcing strategies and mitigate disruptions.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in procurement and corporate spend management.

Language: Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google collaboration tools (Workspace).
Preferred Qualifications

Systems Knowledge: Previous experience working with SAP and Ariba systems is desirable.

Industry Experience: Background or previous experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
