PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Join CPKC as an SAP ABAP Developer and help deliver the technology solutions that power our revenue and customer billing operations. Leveraging your ABAP development expertise and experience with SAP SD, FIAR, or FICA, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance solutions across our SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscape. In this role, you will drive process improvements, support critical business initiatives, and solve complex challenges in a dynamic enterprise environment. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Maintain and support CPKC’s SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA Revenue Management systems, ensuring stable and effective business operations
- Manage ServiceNow incidents, problems, and change requests for the Lead-to-Cash value chain, including issue resolution and documentation
- Provide functional and technical support for SAP SD, FICA, FIAR, and BRIM processes across multiple business areas
- Configure and enhance SAP SD, FICA, and FIAR solutions, including ABAP development and system customization
- Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap assessments, and develop functional, technical, and system design specifications
- Develop, test, and implement system enhancements, support packages, OSS Notes, and transports across SAP environments
- Create and execute test plans and integration testing using QTest, collaborating with teams supporting CRM, TM/EM, CO, PM, HR, PS, BI, and SAC
- Produce technical documentation, deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, SAP certification, and experience
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience supporting, implementing, and enhancing SAP enterprise solutions
- Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA environments
- Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP SD, FIAR, or FICA modules, including configuration, testing, and production support

Management Conductor Program
Becoming a qualified conductor or locomotive engineer is the single best way for a management employee to learn the business at CPKC. You may be required to obtain a certification or to maintain your current certification/qualification as a conductor or locomotive engineer.
