- 跟踪改善项目节约成效（Savings）的达成情况，支持运营部门实现年度Conversion Cost节约目标。
- 辅导和支持跨部门改善项目，推广Problem Solving方法，推动最佳实践复制。
- 以达成公司运营卓越项目的年度目标和关键绩效指标。
Lean Maturity Management
- Support TEOA LMA相关Element工作。
- 支持运营卓越体系建设，推动工厂达到Star Level 5要求。
Lean Talent Development
- 建立Lean培训体系。
- 组织Lean Novice、Apprentice及Practitioner培养。
- 推进认证及人才发展项目。
Continuous Improvement Culture
- 建立改善分享平台。
- 组织改善宣传活动。
- 促进全员参与改善。
Analytics & Dashboard Management
- 开发和维护Power BI Dashboard。
- 建立自动化报表体系。
- 提供数据分析支持。
- 推动数据驱动决策。

Education
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
