As a Senior Manager, you will play a leadership role in growing both our Analytics practice and our client relationships. You will help shape strategic client engagements, originate opportunities, and oversee the delivery of complex analytics-led transformation programs. You will work directly with Partners, executives, and senior client stakeholders to solve high-impact business challenges, while developing the next generation of analytics talent and advancing Deloitte's market offerings.
A candidate can expect to do some or all of the following:
- Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, helping shape strategic discussions and identify opportunities to expand Deloitte's impact.
- Lead pursuits, proposals, and market-facing activities that drive business development and practice growth.
- Oversee multiple client engagements, providing strategic direction and ensuring teams deliver high-quality, outcome-oriented solutions.
- Review and quality assure complex analytical and technical deliverables, while helping teams navigate challenges and remove delivery roadblocks.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into analytics-driven solutions that connect data, strategy, operations, and measurable business value.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive audiences, translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable decisions.
- Mentor and develop managers and team members, fostering technical excellence, consulting skills, and career growth.
- Contribute to building Deloitte's analytics capabilities through thought leadership, reusable assets, AI-enabled delivery, and talent development initiatives.

The team relies on expertise in business understanding, data engineering, data science, and data visualization to drive value for clients. Our team is comprised of a mix of deep technical expertise in the statistical and analytics fields and business professionals with the experience to leverage insights to drive business decisions.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Experience & Leadership
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, or related fields (Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, Marketing Analytics, Data Science), with 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams and delivering complex, multi-workstream engagements
- Proven ability to lead large-scale analytics and AI engagements end-to-end, including shaping client problem statements, defining hypotheses, structuring analytical approaches, and overseeing delivery across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in engagement economics and delivery management, including planning and budgeting, staffing and team leadership, risk management, and executive stakeholder alignment
Client & Executive Engagement
- Strong track record of advising senior client stakeholders (C-suite and PE sponsors) on analytics-driven business transformation, including translating complex data insights into clear, actionable business strategies
- Expertise in facilitating executive-level discussions, driving alignment across stakeholders, and securing buy-in for analytics, AI, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives
Technical & Analytical Capability
- Apply strong hands-on technical expertise and leadership, leveraging tools such as SQL, Python/R, and modern BI platforms, along with advanced techniques (e.g., statistical modeling, optimization, simulation) to solve complex business problems.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics engagements, translating business problems into scalable, decision-oriented solutions while ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment.
- Guide analytics solution design, methodologies and set technical direction and standards to ensure robust, sustainable, and high-impact outputs.
- Proven record of synthesizing complex advanced analytical results into clear, actionable narratives that quantify value and inform strategic decision-making.
Enterprise AI Solution Leadership
- Hands-on leadership across modern AI solution delivery, including Predictive AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based systems
- Strong understanding of model lifecycle management, including validation, monitoring, explainability, risk considerations, and responsible AI adoption
- Experience driving organizational adoption and change management to embed AI into business processes and decision-making
Communication & Relationship Building
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-ready narratives and deliverables
- Strong relationship-building capabilities, with a track record of developing trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- High degree of business acumen, with the ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear insights and strategic recommendations
The salary range for this position is $126,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
