The SVP Greater China role is co-head of IMG Licensing's China's licensing business as well as oversight of its Taiwan and Southeast Asia business.
As co-head of IMGL China, the SVP will work cooperatively and in optimal synergy with IMGL China's other co-head to lead and grow this business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to sales development on behalf of IMGL's existing clients, program management of the related licensing programs, and management of individual priority licensees. Working under the supervision of the President, IMGL, SVP will also be responsible for the recruitment of local (eg China) or regional (eg Asia) new clients or contributing to the recruitment of new global clients. SVP will perform same duties for IMGL's business activities in Taiwan.
SVP will have analogous responsibilities for the SEA business working in a more organizing, coaching and supervisory role over the management in this region and helping to build its business, organization and market penetration.
Core KPIs include top line sales growth, EBITDA growth, client satisfaction, and client recruitment achievements, as well as organizational development. Organizational development means training of existing staff for excellence, recruitment of best-in-class managers for open roles and establishment of a dynamic, "win-focused" and highly professional work culture that balances productive teamwork with individual accountability. Initiative, resilience, establishment of work-flow process and attention to detail in all front-office and back-office functions are other values SVP should seek to install in the workplace culture at IMGL China and SEA.
