About the Role
As Manager, you'll lead a team of Support Workers delivering high-quality services across Shared Living homes in the Wangaratta region.
You'll play a key role in ensuring residents experience safe, empowering and person-centred support while leading your team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
This role combines people leadership, operational management and service quality responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support a team of Support Workers
- Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
- Ensure services align with person-centred and human rights-based practice
- Partner with residents, families, advocates and stakeholders
- Support positive behaviour support strategies and safeguarding practices
- Oversee workforce planning, rosters and service delivery
- Manage budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies and quality requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
About You
You'll be a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about supporting people and developing teams.
You'll bring:
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A commitment to inclusion, dignity and person-centred practice
- Experience in disability, aged care, healthcare, community services or another people-focused sector is highly regarded
