- University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable qualification.
- Fluent in English, verbally and written.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud-native environments, with a proven track record in DevOps and platform engineering.
- Technical skills
- Extensive experience with Linux environments, including advanced shell/Bash scripting for complex operations and automation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with GitOps tools (e.g., GitLab, Flux, ArgoCD) for consistent, scalable, and secure delivery.
- In-depth Kubernetes knowledge, covering advanced deployments, cluster administration, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting in large-scale production environments.
- Strong Go (Golang) programming skills, with proven backend development for distributed systems, including tools, microservices, operators/controllers, and Kubernetes-focused automation.
- Solid IT operations background, with hands-on use of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK) for incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability engineering.
- Advanced experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Helm or Terraform for cloud-native automation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native security, including secure cluster setup, secrets management, RBAC, and network policies in Kubernetes.
- Collaborative and empathetic team player with strong communication skills, able to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Growth-oriented and proactive problem solver with a continuous learning mindset, committed to knowledge sharing, innovation, and supporting the development of others.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with advanced Kubernetes networking (e.g., Calico, Cilium), service meshes, and multi cluster setups.
- Experience with Cluster API for lifecycle management and integration of cloud platforms with storage and load balancing (e.g., Cinder, Octavia, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with TelCo OSS/BSS systems or large-scale enterprise/private cloud environments.

What you'll be doing
- Take leadership in the design, development, and continuous improvement of CaaS and PaaS platforms built on the Kubernetes ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on backend development in Golang.
- Architect and implement new platform features, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitOps) to automate and optimize software delivery.
- Integrate and extend monitoring, observability, and incident response solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, security, and code reviews, mentoring other engineers in software craftsmanship.
- Take ownership of complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, resilient, and secure cloud-native services.
- Contribute to strategic decisions on platform architecture and deployment strategies.
- Actively participate in knowledge sharing, technical leadership, and mentoring within the team.
- Participate in on-call rotation (for stand-by operations).
