• Commanding the Schedule: You will orchestrate the coordination of field crews and manage project calendars, ensuring every team knows exactly where to be and when .

• Mastering Client Communications: By regularly following up on project statuses and bridging the communication gap between crews and ownership, you will ensure clients always feel informed and valued .

• Driving Financial Fluidity: Your keen eye for detail in assisting with client billing will ensure that cash flow remains steady and project financials are impeccably organized .

• Pioneering Efficiency: Leveraging tools like ChatGPT for AI-assisted estimate preparation, you will proactively suggest operational improvements to save time and boost productivity across the business .

• The Bilingual Bridge: You are completely fluent in both Spanish (this is non-negotiable) and English, allowing you to effortlessly connect with field crews and executives alike .
