We are looking for a Software Architect – Enterprise Platforms, Cloud Solutions & Intelligent Automation

- About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, and intelligent automation solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, AWS, and enterprise integration, combined with the ability to mentor teams and drive technical excellence across large-scale projects.
- Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver enterprise-scale solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.
- Design event-driven systems using Kafka and messaging platforms for high-volume business workflows.
- Lead modernization of legacy applications into scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Architect secure document processing, workflow automation, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Establish reusable frameworks, engineering standards, and CI/CD best practices.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development, Prompt Engineering, and automation technologies.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural leadership across globally distributed projects.
- Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
- Extensive experience with Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Services, cloud-native application development, and containerized deployments.
- Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch, and search technologies.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and driving large-scale software initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Nice to Have
- Experience in Railways, Utilities, Industrial IoT, or Smart Infrastructure domains.
- Knowledge of high-volume PDF/document generation platforms.
- Experience with AWS Kinesis, MindSphere, IoT platforms, and real-time telemetry systems.
- Exposure to AI Automation, Agentic AI, MCP, Prompt Engineering, and workflow automation tools.
- Experience with Authentication, Authorization, IAM, Okta, or Auth0.

- A hands-on Software Architect with a proven track record of building scalable enterprise platforms, leading technical teams, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong architectural thinking with practical delivery experience and has a passion for leveraging modern cloud and AI technologies to solve complex business challenges.
