This is a grant-funded contractual position.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:
- prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and final financial reports in compliance with AKU and donor (CGHE) financial reporting requirements
- manage the procurement of project-related goods and services in accordance with AKU procurement policies and institutional procedures
- develop and submit an Inception Report outlining the detailed work plan, implementation timeline, and stakeholder engagement strategy
- prepare Monthly Progress Reports summarizing research activities, budget utilization, key achievements, challenges encountered, and planned activities for the subsequent reporting period
- produce Workshop Synthesis Reports documenting workshop proceedings, key findings, recommendations, and participant feedback
- develop and submit a Final Project Report, including comprehensive technical and financial documentation, in accordance with the reporting requirements of the Centre for Global Health Equity (CGHE)
- ensure all project documentation and deliverables are submitted within agreed timelines and meet AKU and donor quality standards.
Requirements:
You should have:
- a Master's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or a related field
- at least three years of project management or research coordination experience
- experience with budgets and financial reporting
- strong organizational skills and fluency in English and Urdu
- understanding of gender-based violence and gender equity issues.
