Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:
As the PeopleSoft Techno-functional position, you work on the Requirements and Configuration Management (RACM) team on the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. The ideal candidate will possess the technical skills to debug and provide root cause analysis of production support issues.
- Resolve complex issues by performing root cause analysis and delivering clear, step‑by‑step solutions.
- Develop functional design documentation for new customizations, including solution design, business purpose, functional requirements, test script creation, and execution of testing activities.
- Analyze and interpret new PUM features to assess compatibility with existing customizations and configurations within the State of Ohio’s PeopleSoft Financials environment.
- Work with integrations involving external systems, including financial institutions and banking partners.
- Configure and support key PeopleSoft Financials modules, including Billing and Accounts Receivable.

QualificationsCompletion of undergraduate core coursework in business administration, public administration, information systems, engineering or comparable field; 3 years experience in business process transformation, organizational design, strategic human capital management &/or business process reengineering; 12 mos. exp. in software design &/or development commensurate with position to be filled.
