Coordinator of Enterprise Funds - (260001NK)Description Job Overview
The Coordinator of Enterprise Funds owns the operational backbone of the department — managing workflows, coordinating vendors, tracking deliverables, and ensuring consistent execution across all programs. This role is the primary operational owner of the Enterprise Sports Media Program (ESMP), enabling the Assistant Director and Director to focus on strategy, growth, and partnerships.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise Sports Media Program Operations

  • Coordinate daily operations of the Enterprise Sports Media Program, including student schedules, event assignments, training support, and participation tracking.
  • Support game-day execution across District athletic venues, including scoreboard operations, sponsor content rotation, Run of Show coordination, and event coverage.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact between Enterprise Funds, Athletics, CTE, students, and other internal stakeholders to ensure program expectations are met.
Advertising Fulfillment & Revenue Support
  • Maintain and track advertising inventory, placements, availability, and fulfillment across District-approved advertising platforms.
  • Coordinate client onboarding, artwork collection, approval routing, content deadlines, and proof of performance documentation.
  • Support revenue-generating initiatives by tracking deliverables, maintaining accurate records, and preparing activity or fulfillment reports.
Vendor, Installation & Asset Coordination
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure advertising installations, removals, production timelines, and deliverables meet District standards.
  • Monitor quality of work, resolve or escalate vendor and client concerns, and maintain organized records of signage, artwork, and specifications.
  • Assist with vendor communication, project timelines, and operational needs related to advertising, sponsorship, and Enterprise Funds programs.
Program Administration & Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Manage program workflows, task tracking, documentation, and internal coordination to support consistent Enterprise Funds operations.
  • Collaborate with District departments including Athletics, CTE, Communications, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and other departments as needed.
  • Ensure program activities follow established District procedures, approval processes, compliance requirements, and communication protocols.
Website, Innovation & Program Growth Support
  • Maintain and update the Enterprise Funds section of the District website, including advertising opportunities, program information, and related content.
  • Support the development of new revenue streams, sponsorship opportunities, digital advertising options, and program improvements.
  • Research trends, identify operational efficiencies, and provide recommendations to support long-term growth of Enterprise Funds programs.
 Qualifications Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or related field may be considered in lieu of degree. Athletics, media, or education experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years advertising, sales, and marketing experience, preferably in education, non-profit, or public sector environments.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Vendor coordination and operational logistics experience.
  • Effective cross-functional communication and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with workflow/CRM systems; comfort with evening and weekend event schedules.
