The Role

As a  Process Engineer I with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience.

  • Manage process engineering services that meet Worley, its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
  • Manage process engineering project requirements.
  • Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards.
  • Apply in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and nonstandard situations.
  • Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and - procedures.
  • Manage own time to meet objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with the process engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer.
  • Interface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings.
  • Responsible for preparation of the following key deliverables, applicable as per the Project scope:
    • Heat and material balances.
    • Process flow diagrams (PFD).
    • Piping and instrument diagrams (P&ID).
    • Equipment and instrument process datasheets.
    • Process specifications.
    • Equipment list & Line list.
    • Equipment and line sizing calculations.
About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • Technical and Industry Experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Process design Upstream / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery projects.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
  • Developing skills in design software.
  • A recognized Degree (BE or B. Tech) in the Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
