Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in immigration, global mobility, legal or compliance-related roles;
• Strong knowledge of immigration processes and documentation requirements;
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Proficiency in English & Bulgarian (B2-C1);
• Ability to independently manage multiple immigration cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance awareness;
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a client-oriented mindset;
• Experience reviewing and preparing complex immigration applications and supporting documentation;
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

Your future role

• Manage end-to-end immigration cases, ensuring timely and compliant application processing;
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance throughout the immigration process;
• Review, prepare, and submit immigration applications and supporting documentation;
• Monitor case progress, manage deadlines, and coordinate with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders;
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements;
• Support process improvements and contribute to exceptional client service.
