Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Tech Risk Managment program administration and reporting
- Process multiple reports for tracking tech risk action items and perform quality checks to ensure high accuracy.
- Explore opportunities to drive efficiency in operations by automating reports/ processes, simplification/ elimination of redundant activities
- Handle adhoc access and data requests.
- Maintain documentation of all processes/reports being created.
- Identify data or process discrepancies and flag issues proactively to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders through clear and professional communication.
