Your new responsibilities
- Systematic monitoring of single processes/process capabilities by using statistical methods (SPC) in the area of CVD/PVD
- Identification of critical process parameters, implementation and documentation of corrective actions by risk assessment (FMEA)
- Definition and qualification of new processes and new production equipment, securing ramp ups for new technologies and new products, preproduction samples
- Support of production administration / Line Control
- Preparation and maintenance of process documentation / working documents / general documentation
- Support planning, execution and control of productivity improvements
- Training and support of first level process (FLP) colleague
Who we are looking for
- Finished education in a technical field, such as physics, chemistry, process technology and similar
- Basic knowledge in statistical methods (SPC, DOE, …)
- Taking ownership, working pro-actively & independent
- Ability to work in cross functional teams and under pressure, high motivation
- Technical and analytical skills
- Communication skills in German and English
- Willingness to work in a “Conti Wheel” working model
