Als Quality Systems CI Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedenken, testen en implementeren van slimme verbeteringen in onze productieprocessen, werkwijzen en instructies. Je duikt diep in de praktijk om risico’s op het gebied van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid proactief op te sporen en direct aan te pakken. Zowel reactief bij incidentele problemen als proactief bij structurele vraagstukken weet jij met haarscherpe analyses de exacte oorzaak te achterhalen en deze om te zetten in concrete actieplannen.

Je bent niet alleen bezig met cijfers en processen; je staat midden in de organisatie. Je voert onderzoeken uit in de fabriek en het laboratorium, analyseert KPI’s, CPK data en commissioning-resultaten. Door slimme data en AI te combineren met wat je in de praktijk ziet, vertaal je deze inzichten moeiteloos naar praktische oplossingen.

Door actief deel te nemen aan én het voortouw te nemen in continu verbeteringsprogramma’s (zoals onze interne FP&R-programma’s) stimuleer je een cultuur van kennisdeling en continue innovatie, zowel binnen onze fabriek als daarbuiten. Met data analyse en validaties ondersteun je afdelingen door de hele organisatie. Dit maakt jou een veelzijdige en onmisbare schakel in onze organisatie.

Wat heb je nodig?

HBO diploma bijv. in de richting van voedingsmiddelentechnologie, scheikunde, Proces Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting
1-3 jaar ervaring in een functie binnen het vakgebied van kwaliteit (Quality Assurance/Control), supply chain of een soortgelijke technische omgeving
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
Je bent in staat om verbeteracties te identificeren en te implementeren
Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen
