Role Summary
The Master Planner plays a pivotal role in driving end-to-end production planning to ensure a resilient, flexible, and fully synchronized supply chain network for the Mission Hills facility. This role optimizes resource utilization, balances capacity, and delivers high customer service levels while supporting strategic business growth. As a secondary leader within the planning team, the Master Planner drives continuous improvement, leads digital transformation initiatives, and mentors team members to foster a high-performing planning organization.
Responsibilities

Drive E2E Production Planning: Lead short- and long-term production planning strategies to balance supply and demand, optimize operational costs, and uphold supply chain resilience across the network

Perform Strategic Capacity & Risk Analysis: Conduct monthly line capacity evaluations comparing demand against available resources to identify sub-contracting needs, mitigate supply disruptions, and prevent inventory risks (e.g., SLOBs or material shortages)

Advance Digital Transformation & Master Data Excellence: Drive 100% System-Driven Planning by maintaining high-quality master data in SAP, optimizing Cycle Time Interval strategies, and spearheading digital/analytics automation projects

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Lifecycle Management: Lead planning alignment with global supply chain, customer service, quality, marketing, and logistics partners to successfully execute new product launches, portfolio transitions, and product discontinuations

Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Serve as the secondary leader for the planning department by championing company LIFT principles (Cultivate Trust, Committed to Impact, Create the future), mentoring team members, and representing the facility in the Global Planning Community

Audit & Site Management: Establish annual physical inventory schedules and oversee site inventory audits for external manufacturing facilities.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field

5+ years of experience in Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Network Planning (SNP) within manufacturing or logistics

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)

Demonstrated experience in inventory management, supply chain processes, and data analytics
Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in SAP (APO/SNP), Sigma, Domo, Google Workspace, and Digital & Analytics/AI tools
