Mission Statement

This position will be responsible for all activities pertaining to execution of production plan and ensuring finished goods  , Raw Materials availability as per sales forecast. 

Main Responsibilities

• Execution & compliance of production plan at the respective Plant in line with plan issued by National Planning
• Master Production Scheduling for RGB lines to maximize stock availability for all relevant SKUs
• Close coordination with production to ensure compliance of the PET Production Plan as issued by National Planning
• Minimizing downtimes by coordinating line activities such as maintenances, interventions etc
• Ensuring system utilization through close monitoring of production plan entry in SAP to subsequently run MRP
• Raw Material Planning through MRP & ensuring that these are within Pre Defined Inventory Levels to meet Production Requirements. Plant Planner will be the MRP Controller of the respective plants & responsible to run MRP, its usage to control raw materials and raise requisition,
• Close coordination with suppliers to ensure timely raw material availability
• Stock monitoring & follow up / liaison with purchase & warehouse to ensure availability.
• Monitoring and suggesting master data entries pertaining to MRP (max/min inventories, dynamic/static safety stocks)
• Liaison with HO Planning to ensure availability of all SKU’s as per Territory Forecast. (Stock Transfer)
• Monitoring of KPI’s (like raw material yields, SLE, cost etc.) & achieving the targeted values
• Daily, monthly & yearly reporting (DPR, MPR, etc.)
• Reconciliation of various data sources to ensure accurate reporting (BASIS/SAP/Excel)
• Coordination with Sales to manage Promo, Price Off, Discount etc.
• Ensuring all Bills of Materials (BOMs) are up to date
• Development of new BOMs as per business requirements in coordination with Quality Assurance and National Planning
• Monitor and operate toll manufacturers as per company guidelines and set procedures

 

Candidate Education

Major for Education:Bachelors Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain.
