Quality & Environment Engineer Samarkand PlantWe are looking for Quality & Environment Engineer to join our QA Team in Urgench Plant.
What we expect:- Know all technological processes and modes of production.
- Know international standards and specifications for product quality, raw materials, packaging materials, and methods and means of quality control.
- Know the system of state supervision, interdepartmental and departmental control over the quality of products.
- Monitor compliance with company quality standards and local regulations, starting with receipt of raw materials and supplies to the shipment of finished products to the sales floor, and to the distribution network.
- Ensure control for compliance with standards and specifications of the final product, simultaneously in matters of quality and quantity.
- Monitor all production processes, according to basic GMP and hygiene requirements in food establishments.
- Supervise procedures for rejection and destruction of materials and products.
- Supervise that all technical investigations related to complaints from suppliers/consumers are properly conducted and reported as soon as possible.
- Complete required paperwork in accordance with Company procedures and report assignments to management.
- Supervise the completion of all corrective actions in a timely manner when any discrepancies are identified.
- To continually improve staff proficiency, participate in the selection, training, evaluation, and discipline of Quality Control personnel and the entire Operations Department.
- To develop and implement programs, standard operating procedures and work instructions to improve the quality system in the plant.
Education: Higher chemical / biological / technological / food engineering education
Work experience: not less than 2 years
Skills and expertise:
- Rules and norms of Occupational health and safety, industrial sanitation, fire protection and environmental protection.
- The main technological processes and production regimes.
- Equipment of the laboratory, the principles of its operation and operating rules.
- The rules of registration of technical documentation of the laboratory analyses and tests.
Computer skills: Proficient user of Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook
Languages: English (Intermediate), Russian (Fluent).
