What to expect:
- You will manage vehicle administration activities.
- You will create and monitor vehicle-related orders and requests
- You will track passenger and commercial vehicle activity on a daily basis
- You will control and validate supplier invoices
- You will produce and maintain daily vehicle tracking reports
- You will be in charge of various weekly and monthly management reports
What you bring along:
- Advanced German and English communication skills.
- 3+ years experience in sales operations, business operations, reporting, commercial administration, dealer network support, or automotive distribution.
- Advanced Excel and reporting expertise.
- Experience with invoicing and administrative processes.
- Ability to work independently while supporting international business operations.
- Experience in automotive, dealership, distribution, supply chain, or commercial operations environments is highly desirable.
- Strong data analysis and data quality management skills.
