For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Location: Onsite at our Vancouver, BC office About the Role: We are looking for a Retail Activation Strategist to drive marketing strategy and execution across key retail accounts in Canada. This role will support the growth of Anker’s multi-brand portfolio (Anker, soundcore, eufy) by developing effective retail marketing plans that drive sell-through and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities - Own retail marketing plans across key accounts and categories, aligned with business objectives and channel priorities - Plan and execute retail marketing initiatives (e.g., in-store displays, campaigns, merchandising) to drive sell-through and customer engagement - Leverage brand and global marketing plans and assets, adapting them into effective retail executions across channels - Oversee the development and execution of retail assets and merchandising materials (e.g., displays, POSM), ensuring strong in-store presence and consistency - Work closely with Sales and GTM teams to align marketing plans with commercial priorities, key launches, and retail calendars - Act as the key marketing contact for retail partners, managing day-to-day communication and collaboration on marketing initiatives - Manage retail marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI - Track and analyze performance, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness 职位要求Qualifications - 5–8 years of experience in retail, trade, or channel marketing - Experience in consumer electronics or similar fast-paced consumer industries preferred - Strong understanding of retail dynamics and how marketing drives sell-through and business performance - Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results (e.g., sell-through, ROI) - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across Sales, GTM, and marketing teams - Excellent English communication skills required - Mandarin is a strong asset; French is a plus - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and cross-time-zone environment Perks of Benefits: Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
