Location:  Hybrid – Denver, CO (onsite Tuesday and Thursday; work from home remaining days)

 

Pay: $20-22.00/hour

 

As Revecore’s Intake Specialist, you will:

Manage the initial intake of applicant and client applications, with a focus on the accurate collection, verification, and uploading of critical documentation, as well as the precise creation of client accounts within Advocate 20/20. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and compliance.

 

The Role:

  • Maintain tracking of Disability applications submitted to Action Review Group (ARG).
  • Maintain tracking of Income Trust Reviews submitted to the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF).
  • Assist with inquiries received from clients and pull information from the State of Colorado system.
  • Search the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) for cases and/or inquiries as needed
  • Manage incoming calls, voicemail messages, and fax messages for the Eligibility Application Partner (EAP) site.
  • Assist with outgoing mail and administrative duties as needed.
  • Assist in special projects internally and externally for the EAP site escalation and/or process.
  • Attend company and/or facility compliance training, as well as training provided by the State of Colorado to retain READ access.
  • Use reference materials available on Advocate 20/20, CBMS, and the HCPF website effectively and regularly.
  • Effectively use computer systems including company database systems, hospital systems, and the CBMS database.
  • Locate, understand, and interpret written information in a variety of formats including manuals, reports, and graphs.
  • Follow current HIPAA guidelines.

You’ll be successful if you have:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Healthcare, eligibility tracking, or facility administration experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or intake processing.
  • Proven ability to spot discrepancies in complex documentation and enter data rapidly without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Strong familiarity with database management systems, document scanning/imaging software, and standard office applications.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Strong typing and documentation skills.
  • Exemplary customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Bilingual English / Spanish

  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  • A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required.
  • The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
