Responsibilities
- Manage on a daily basis close relationships and support with our VIP users.
- Keep track and monitor the VIP users activity on a daily basis.
- Build personal relationships and create a personalized experience for them.
- Gather feedback and propose improvements to customer experience.
- Cross teamwork with all aspects of marketing, monetization, features and products.
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Previous experience at sales, customer support, or VIP account management roles, preferably from B2C companies.
- Strong communicator, customer-centric, proactive and target driven.
As a plus:
- Passion for social apps
- Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Turkish)
