We are seeking a proactive Senior Consultant – HR to act as the administrative anchor for our UK&I region. Working closely with our UK-based HR team, you will ensure our employee data is flawless, our compliance is watertight, and our day-to-day HR processes run like clockwork.
What You’ll Do:
Process & Compliance Management: Own Right to Work (RTW) trackers, conduct routine personnel file audits and RTW checks for all our new starters, and strictly adhere to GDPR guidelines when handling sensitive data.
The Ultimate Chaser: Monitor probation timelines and mandatory training compliance, proactively chasing employees and line managers to ensure completion.
Lifecycle & Surveys: Coordinate onboarding workflows, manage exit tracking, and take full ownership of our survey framework (onboarding, 5-month, 18-month surveys, etc.), compiling weekly data reports.
Benefits & Admin Liaison: Administer our EV scheme and benefits platform, coordinate health insurance enrollments, and collate cross-departmental exit recovery updates for our C&B team.
Coordination & Comms: Schedule and host wellness webinars (introducing guest speakers), organize remote virtual Fun Friday events, and circulate internal communications.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 8-10 years in HR Administration/Operations, with solid experience directly supporting a UK and/or Ireland workforce.
Skills: High-level organization, a polite yet assertive approach to chasing deadlines, strong competency in G-Suite platforms as well as MS Suite and strong reporting skills for data tracking.
Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK Time on a permanent basis.

Core Purpose of the Role:
To provide comprehensive, highly organized administrative and operational support to the UK&I workforce. The successful candidate will ensure 100% data accuracy, maintain compliance across all employee touchpoints, coordinate benefits, and track lifecycle milestones through rigorous reporting and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance, Audits & Data Security
Maintain and monitor the Right to Work (RTW) tracker for UK&I.
Conduct regular audits of personnel files (P-files) to ensure all mandatory compliance documents are present.
GDPR Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to GDPR and data protection guidelines when handling, storing, and transferring all employee records and sensitive personal data.
Conduct initial file-gathering and administrative prep for official company accreditations.
Prepare various presentations, documents and reports utilising both G-Suite and MS Suite.
2. Tracking, Chasing & Survey Analytics
Probation Tracking: Check system reports to identify due probations; proactively chase line managers and employees to ensure timely completion within the system.
Training Compliance: Monitor mandatory training modules for UK&I and chase employees to ensure 100% compliance.
Survey Ownership: Manage the distribution and tracking of all milestone surveys (Onboarding, 5-month, 18-month, Offboarding, etc.).
Reporting: Analyze survey data and prepare a concise weekly report on completion rates and feedback trends.
3. Employee Lifecycle & Benefits Coordination
Onboarding: Send welcome mailers, conduct RTW checks, gather onboarding documentation, and set up new starters on training modules.
Offboarding & Recoveries: Track exits, email relevant departments to collate potential financial recoveries, and share consolidated updates directly with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team.
Benefits Admin: Assist with day-to-day admin for the Electric Vehicle (EV) scheme and benefits platform. Coordinate UK health insurance enrollments and cross-check Irish health insurance invoices.
Payroll & Leave Support: Validate headcount details, maintain the long-leave tracker, and collate and transfer monthly onboarding documentation to the C&B team.
4. Engagement, Events & Communications
Wellbeing Webinars: Coordinate schedules, send out invitations, introduce external/internal speakers, and host the sessions.
Culture: Organise and facilitate fun, remote virtual Friday events for all accounts; save all event media on the HR SharePoint.
Communications: Circulate regular, pre-approved internal communications regarding wellbeing, POSH, and general HR updates.
Policy Maintenance: Periodically review internal UK HR policies and handbooks to ensure formatting is clean, links work, and references to benefit platforms remain accurate.
Connect at least once per quarter with mapped employees to maintain an open HR touchpoint.
Liaise with the wider business to process Rewards & Recognition (R&R) admin.
