Senior Technical Training Executive (Occupational Health and Safety) (Ref: 260000F1)
Responsibilities
- Assist training team to design, develop, conduct and evaluate Occupational Health and Safety programmes related to ensure high quality delivery and responsiveness to business growth and meet the statutory bodies’ requirements
- Conduct training to ensure trainees are adequately equipped with necessary knowledge, skills and attitude, as well as competency to meet the required service and safety standards
- Assist in exploring new technologies such as the Virtual Reality and safety training facility adopted to enhance the learning experience of trainees
- Maintain custody of training equipment, ensuring safety in usage and recommend desirable modification in line with cost and training effectiveness
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering / Occupational Safety & Health or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Occupational Safety & Health and/or system implementation, of which 3 years should be at supervisory level in the training and development field
- Good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Teaching experience and proficiency in English and Putonghua are essential
Remarks
- Candidates with higher qualification but less experience will also be considered
- Occasional business travel is required
