The Opportunity
Reporting to the State Manager, you will lead a network of clinics across Regional Victoria, New South Wales and Canberra. While the role offers flexibility to work remotely, regular travel across your clinic portfolio will be required.
You will coach, mentor and inspire clinic teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving performance and business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving sales revenue growth across your allocated clinic network
Creating and embedding a customer-focused sales culture
Engaging and developing teams to create alignment, accountability and high performance
Coaching and mentoring clinic staff to achieve individual and team success
Leveraging cross-functional partnerships to optimise operational effectiveness, training and employee support
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing and inclusion
About You
You are an experienced people leader who enjoys developing people, building strong relationships and delivering results across geographically dispersed teams.
You will bring:
Proven consumer sales experience
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
Experience using sales data and analytics to drive decisions and performance outcomes
Experience leading remote and multi-site teams
Demonstrated capability in building, coaching and developing high-performing teams
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and influencing abilities
Sound business and financial acumen
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and related applications)
A current Australian Driver Licence
