Revenue Operations Analyst (Sales Support) - Graduate Role

Sharegain
London, United KingdomFull TimeEntry-levelPosted Today

About us

Sharegain began with one question: If the largest institutions solely exercise the right to lend their stocks, bonds, and ETFs, what would it take to unlock this revenue opportunity for every investor?

Our team of experts in the UK, US and Israel built the solution: a platform that empowers online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers to offer securities lending to their clients. We call it SLaaS: Securities Lending as a Service. It’s a fully digital, customizable, end-to-end solution that automates front- and back-office operations. Institutions and investors are now free to earn more from what they own.

Every Sharegainer has their own backstory, but we all share an ambition to do things differently – bigger, better, and greater. Together we’re on a mission to democratize capital markets by building a more liquid world. The more we share, the more we all gain.

About the role

This is a 0–2-year experience role designed for someone who wants to build a career in a commercial function at a fast-growing fintech but is not yet sure whether that is in sales, revenue operations, analytics or client management.

As Revenue Operations Analyst you will sit at the centre of the commercial teams and keep the engine running. You will own the data, reporting and materials the sales & customer success team relies on, making sure our pipeline is accurate, our reporting is trusted, our prospect research is sharp and our client-facing documents are excellent. It is a role with a lot of exposure: you will work directly with senior members of the sales, marketing, operations, legal and finance teams from your first month. You do not need prior experience in financial markets. You do need to be organised, numerate, curious and comfortable owning detail that other people depend on.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date records of accounts, contacts, opportunities and activity in the CRM.

  • Run regular data hygiene routines – deduplication, enrichment, lapsed record clean-up – and keep the CRM fit to report from.

  • Make sure the sales team follows agreed process stages, required fields and naming conventions, chasing where needed.

  • Produce weekly and monthly pipeline, activity and conversion reporting for the sales team and leadership.

  • Prepare the data pack for pipeline reviews, forecast calls and board reporting.

  • Track commercial KPIs, spot trends and flag risks or anomalies early rather than reporting them after the fact.

  • Prepare pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals and pre-meeting briefing packs for client and prospect meetings.

  • Support responses to RFPs, RFIs and due diligence questionnaires, coordinating input from across the business.

  • Capture actions and next steps from client meetings and follow through until they are closed.

  • Maintain a well-organised, version-controlled library of sales collateral so the team is always using the current materials.

  • Build and maintain target account and contact lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data sources.

  • Research prospects, their business models and their market context to help the team prepare for conversations.

  • Support outbound campaigns and demand generation activity in partnership with Marketing, and track how they perform.

  • Work with Legal, Compliance, Finance and Operations to move deals smoothly from agreement to signature to onboarding.

  • Help document, simplify and improve commercial processes as the team scales.

  • Support day-to-day administration of the commercial tech stack, including user set-up, licences and basic troubleshooting.

Skills

  • A recent graduate, or someone within roughly two years of graduating, in any discipline.

  • Strong numeracy and confident Excel skills, comfortable working with data, building a clean summary and sense-checking your own numbers.

  • Genuine curiosity about financial markets and how a commercial business works.

Desirable

  • An internship or placement in financial services, fintech, SaaS, consulting or a sales or operations function.

  • Exposure to a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) or a BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

  • Some understanding of capital markets, asset management or securities lending.

Sharegain is an equal opportunity employer. Employees and contractors, as well as prospective employees and contractors, will all be treated equally and fairly.
