Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Manufacturing Engineer -related occupation.
  • Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: Manufacturing Process Engineering or Manufacturing Assembly Process Development; Production Failure Analysis and Root Cause Analysis or Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Management; Statistical Process Control (SPC) or Data Analytics for Manufacturing; Hardware Product Development Lifecycle Management or New Product Introduction (NPI) Management; and Technical Project Management or Engineering Project Leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,250 - $209,000+ 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Drive the design, optimization, and qualification of complex manufacturing processes, ensuring all tooling, software, and documentation are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead Design for Excellence (DfX) initiatives for complex components, influencing technical designs to improve manufacturability, cost, quality, and overall availability.
  • Champion the Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) process by directing investigations into technical failures and guiding teams to effectively apply analytical principles. Implement robust statistical process controls by defining critical parameters, analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, and maintaining essential manufacturing equipment.
  • Develop comprehensive manufacturing strategies, including partner selection and the integration of advanced technologies, to enhance production efficiency and supply continuity. Steer manufacturing test development for new and existing product designs, driving improvements to test platforms and software solutions to ensure high-quality releases.
  • International travel required 20% of the time to unanticipated worksites.
