Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning (ML) algorithms.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience in startup environments, bootstrapping new teams, nurturing for high performance.
- Experience creating investment proposals and presenting product/pillar wide initiatives to the executive audience.
- Experience landing and scaling zero to 1 initiative.

In this role, you will serve as this team's site lead in India and manage a team of engineers building next-generation analytics platforms. You will partner with cross-functional teams to establish core quality metrics and operationalize the measurement infrastructure for emerging markets.

Responsibilities
- Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals. Act as a site lead, working closely with various cross-functional partners and product teams to fulfill the emerging market needs.
- Build, nurture and manage a team of engineers building the next generation analytics and data platforms. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching.
- Develop the long-term technical goal and roadmap Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.
- Oversee systems designs within the scope of the broader area, and review product or system development code to solve ambiguous problems.
- Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
