Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights.
- 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to manage these changes.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field or CSCMP certification.
- 7 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision making.
- 7 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
- Experience in data center equipment environments or computer component manufacturing.
- Experience with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and high-complexity electronics manufacturing.
- Knowledge of SQL, analytics and Operations Six Sigma certification or other relevant operations coursework.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for a Contract Manufacturer (CM) or region of manufacturing operations for Google's data center infrastructure hardware portfolio in relation to Google Cloud, storage, compute, machine learning, and network technology.
- Manage cross-functional activities between contract manufacturers, NPI, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, and Production.
- Evaluate business risks and improve Key Performance Indicators to enable flexible capacity for customer needs.
- Provide mentoring and feedback to the CM management team based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance and field quality feedback.
- Reduce complexity and improve communications between cross-functional teams and platforms by establishing key ownership and identifying role and responsibility gaps.
