Tetra Pak is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Associate to support treasury operations, accounting activities, bank operation and payment processing. The successful candidate will play a key role in cash management, forecasting, travel expense administration, corporate card management, and statutory audit follow up while collaborating with internal stakeholders, shared service centers, and banking partners.

This position will be based in Seoul, Korea.

Treasury Operations

• Manage daily liquidity planning and payment processing activities.
• Prepare and maintain a rolling 12-month cash flow forecast and analyze variances against actual results.
• Execute foreign exchange (FX) transactions, including hedging activities and FX payments.
• Support withholding tax filings and other treasury-related tax requirements.
• Coordinate bank facility management and banking-related matters, including bank guarantees and letters of guarantee.

Accounting & Compliance

• Process and manage travel and expense claims through Concur.
• Administer and manage corporate card programs.
• Issue sales tax invoices in compliance with local regulations.
• Process HR-related payments, including pension, insurance, withholding tax, and other statutory obligations.
• Support month-end closing activities, external audits, and corporate income tax return preparation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal teams, shared service centers, banks, auditors, and external service providers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Accounting major preferred.
• Korean as 1st language

Experience

• Minimum 3-4+ years of relevant working experience (internships not included).
• Previous experience in treasury, accounting, finance operations, or cash management.
• Experience working with multinational organizations and shared service centers is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Concur.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Accounting and tax knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong process discipline.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with clear and effective communication skills.
