Key Responsibilities
- Aligning with Customer Logistics and Production Planning Specialist on customer demand, requirements and actual production plan
- Scheduling and managing the execution of the individual deliveries of RAW material against the scheduling agreement or purchase order
- The requirements for RAW material deliveries are determined based on the detailed sourcing plan
- The process determining whether to return the defective item and the appropriate Supplier contact for a return authorization
- Control on the stock level of the relevant materials (DoH, TR)
- Proceed in conformity with applicable legal requirements and other requirements, in conformity with internal requirements included in the quality and environment handbook, internal procedures and operating instructions.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- English language (min. B2 level - Upper Intermediate)
- User level knowledge on MS Office and SAP
- Great communication skills
