Your Key Responsibilities: ・Responsible for technical negotiation with the customer on validation and verification负责与客户开展产品验证、确认相关技术洽谈 ・Responsible for signal acquisition of product application boundaries负责采集产品极限应用工况下的信号数据 ・Responsible for testing cost evaluation on project quotation phase (incl. Test equipment investment)负责项目报价阶段的测试成本评估（含测试设备投入费用） ・Define test conditions according to the product application environment结合产品实际使用环境制定测试条件 ・Responsible for creating DVP, PVP and completed the signing with the customer before the test starts编制 DVP&R 设计验证计划、PVP 产品验证计划，并在测试启动前完成客户会签确认 Your Qualifications :- Familiar with generic test knowledge (like, torque, speed, circuit)熟悉通用测试基础理论，包含扭矩、转速、电路相关测试知识
- Familiar with necessary testing tools and software, such as power supply, instrument, oscilloscope, Labview, Canoe etc.熟练掌握各类常用测试设备与软件：稳压电源、测试仪表、示波器、LabVIEW、CANoe 等
- Familiar with communication protocols, such as CAN, LIN, PWM精通 CAN、LIN、PWM 等车载通信协议
- Familiar with DC and BLDC motor controller, control logic and related test bench熟悉直流电机、无刷直流电机控制器、控制逻辑及配套测试台架
- Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Mechanical, Electrical engineering机械、电气工程相关本科及以上学历，硕士优先
- 3 years of working experiences in the Automotive testing area3 年及以上汽车零部件测试相关从业经验
- Good english skills in reading and writing具备良好的英文读写能力
