Your Key Responsibilities- Create Test specifications/tools for customer project: Functional test specification, programming, and reprogramming specification.
- Define the test strategy/concept, test specifications and implement them for hardware circuits.
- Specifies and validates TSW (embedded test software), VAL (embedded validation software), Coredo sessions, security keys.
- Experience with reviewing hardware designs to define test coverage to ensure products are built free of manufacturing defects. Deep understanding of DFT and DFM methods.
- Assesses product requirements (segment, platform, customer) and creates verification & validation plans appropriate for the hardware.
- Interface with manufacturing test teams, Software, and hardware development teams to obtain requirements.
- Ability to work in a structured rapid paced team environment.
- Follow and apply worldwide quality manual and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of Experience in Hardware Test Design/Electrical Engineering field.
- Good knowledge of Electronic product HW development life cycle
- Strong knowledge of Analog, Digital and Power Supply circuits
- Hands on experience with laboratory equipment: Oscilloscopes, Signal generators, Power Supply, Soldering Station etc.
- Very good knowledge of manufacturing processes and test equipment like AOI, Functional Test equipment, End of Line Programming etc.
- Understanding of C, MATLAB/Simulink, LabView
- Experience working with Electronic design schematics
- Experience with configuration/requirements management tools
- Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, OBD)
- Familiarity with calibration tools (CANalyzer, ETAS Inca, ATI Vision)
- Experience in Automotive Electronics HW Test design preferred
