We are seeking a DevOps / Application Support Engineer to support a business-critical application within our Testing Applications portfolio. The role combines software development, application support, and system operations in a regulated, integration-heavy environment.
The successful candidate will help ensure production stability, calibration compliance, and the reliable operation of multiple external system integrations. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external development partners, and technical teams to support the application lifecycle and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve application incidents in a timely and structured manner.
- Ensure application stability and support calibration compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain the application using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, and Entity Framework Core.
- Support REST API design, database maintenance, and technical operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external development resources.
- Contribute to the cloud migration roadmap and future platform modernization.
- Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support automation and standardization efforts to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core MVC.
- Solid knowledge of Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, and Windows Server / IIS environments.
- Ability to work in a structured, business-critical environment.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, and Docker.
- Familiarity with Telerik UI, SOAP / WCF, and LDAP / Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise application environments.
