Lead Product Specialist
POSITION PURPOSE:
- To strengthen internal SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance capabilities within the Order-to-Cash area. The role will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and the YODA partner, ensuring that business demands and authorization requirements are clearly understood, properly translated, and effectively implemented
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The role requires strong SAP authorization expertise, business process understanding, and the ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and business-aligned solutions. In addition, this position will help address the emerging need for IT leadership in driving and steering O2C IT transformation initiatives across all implementation phases.
- Key Tasks Act as the primary point of contact for SAP authorization-related inquiries from internal and external business stakeholders
- Provide quality assurance for demands and project deliverables provided by external partners, ensuring alignment with Bayer standards, compliance requirements, and business expectations.
- Translate business demands, process changes, and stakeholder requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for IT implementation.
- Build and maintain deep expertise in the outsourced O2C authorization concept, ensuring effective collaboration with operational partners.
- Provide technical guidance and support to Accenture A-level support teams in the areas of SAP ECC Security, SAP GRC Access Control, SAP S/4HANA Security, and SAP Fiori Security. Support audit, compliance, and access review activities related to SAP roles, authorizations, and segregation of duties.
- Provide practical recommendations and solution guidance in complex authorization, security, and compliance-related situations.
- Manage user access, roles, and authorizations across SAP systems in line with internal policies and compliance standards.
- Lead and steer strategic IT projects within the O2C area, coordinating multiple IT partners as well as internal and external business stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, deliverables, and quality to ensure successful project execution.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor/Master degree and maximum 10 yrs of SAP Security/Authorization experience, with demonstrable support for O2C processes.
- Strong hands-on expertise in role design (PFCG), authorization concepts/profiles, and troubleshooting. Able to develop and implement strategies for SAP security risk and compliance.
- Manage user access, roles and authorizations in SAP systems
- Experience with audit/compliance requirements and access review processes.
- Able to interact with business to understand their security requirements and providing suitable solutions independently.
- Project Management & Communication skills
- Preferred skills:
- GxP knowledge in Pharmaceutical industry
- Certified PMP, or certification in SAP security area
