What the job looks like 

Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: 

  • Drive and support the execution and continuous improvement of Grünenthal’s Enterprise Risk Management framework across functions and regions
  • Coordinate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment and reporting processes, including the delivery of consolidated risk assessments for management and governance
  • Maintain and further develop the enterprise risk register, identifying opportunities for process, system and AI-driven improvements
  • Strengthen the Risk Champion network through training, best-practice sharing and stakeholder engagement
  • Promote a strong risk culture and risk-informed decision-making, providing guidance, challenge, and support to stakeholders across the business 

 

What you’ll bring to the table 

To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: 

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Law, Science or a related field 
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Enterprise Risk Management, including risk assessment, monitoring and reporting processes
  • Experience in consulting or regulated industries is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex matrix organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills
  • Fluent English and German langue skills required; Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
