Job Description
职位介绍：
- Project management: Support Project team regarding quality assurance & milestone plan to fullfil Quality&SOP time
- APQP: Support the team of performing different Quality gates and release of samples
- Engineering: Support team to perform the system/hardware engineering development compliance check (PCC) according to V-model; ASPICE, and drive and share findings with engineering colleagues
- Launch management: Support team to ensure that Bosch launch as well as Customers is prepared well
- Preventive Quality Assurance: support the team to prevent failure already during the development phase
- Problem Solving: PS Method support the team to identify the right root cause and define effective measures in a structured way and conduct basic training
- Risk Management: Support the team to identify/calculate the risk of an already known problem in a right and understandable way for the management and conduct basic training
- Lessons Learned: Get in contact with other divisions and EQM worldwide in order to learn from their experience or failures, and do effective LL internally
- Quality related Process Improvement: Support the organization to improve continuously in order to save costs, time and/or achieve a better quality (for HW or System related topics)
- Independent Quality Reporting: perform an independent Reporting summarizing the Q status and deviations to TOP management and achieve released decision requests.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering backgound
Min 3 years engineering (Mechanical/Component) design work
Basic Hardware/component design &PCDM knowhow DRBFM L2/8D Coach/RA
