  • This job is a member of the Digital Analytics Team within the Customer Experience Analytics organization.
  • The Digital Analytics and Reporting Team provides actionable insights through reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis. The team partners with business and technology stakeholders to measure performance, track key metrics and OKRs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver insights that support data-driven decision making.
  • This Analyst position will primarily be responsible for project-based assignments that require a mix of strong analytical skills, the aptitude to solve complex problems, and the ability to clearly and concisely present information. The position will require ownership, the ability to work well with minimal supervision, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
What you'll do

  • Build and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses to support business and customer experience initiatives.
  • Assist in the monitoring of digital products and platforms through dashboards, scorecards, and alerts using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Azure, ADX, Databricks, and Quantum Metric.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues impacting customer experience and digital performance.
  • Support the measurement and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) and organizational objectives
  • Partner with product, technology, and business teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Work with data from multiple sources to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior and digital engagement.
  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of reporting solutions that support business needs.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and technology teams to resolve data issues and support enhancements to analytics capabilities. 
All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields preferred
  • 3 year of work experience in an analytical field such as Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales Strategy, Customer Insights, Marketing, or Masters degree in related field
  • Experience using digital analytics tools like adobe analytics, google analytics or Quantum Metric 

Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or similar fields
  • Working Knowledge of visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau is preferred  

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications

  • Ability to synthesize complex data from a variety of sources into a succinct format and concisely present findings to executive level audience
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and quickly react to changing business needs while meeting firm deadlines
  • Able to translate and communicate technical findings to business stakeholders
