Delivers expert legal guidance across multiple areas of trade law. Leads investigations, contributes to legal strategy, and mentors junior attorneys to build team capabilities. Plays a key role in maintaining compliance alignment with organizational and regulatory objectives.

 

 

Job Requirements
  •  Leading investigations, including conducting interviews, developing methodologies, and assessing compliance risks and impacts.
  •  Drafting and presenting legal communications tailored to varied audiences and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  •  Mentoring junior attorneys, fostering their professional development, and ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
  •  Developing and refining organizational policies, procedures, and training initiatives to address current and emerging trade compliance challenges.
What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with 12 or more years of experience; or Masters with 10 or more years of experience; or PhD level with 6 or more years of experience; or local equivalent
